Wednesday March 26, 2014 -- Rest

Today was a day of rest. I debated on if I needed it or not and decided I really did. Even though my half marathon hike is coming up soon, I can't be burning myself out at the beginning.

I think that's been my main problem -- I start my "training" gung-ho on working out every day and then I crash and burn after my first "rest" day.
