I was running around doing crazy things today and was unable to workout. I was barely able to sleep -- I went to bed at 7:30AM and was then woken up at around 2PM. I did some laundry and some errands. I never did fall back to sleep. By the time I was getting ready to change my clothing to workout gear, my roommate came home and brought a guest with her. I hate working out with other people in the house -- it just seems really weird to me. By that time, I couldn't go outside because it was getting dark.
I'm making excuses but I'll totally make it up in the days to come.
